Club members information
No personal information held about club members will be shared outside of the club with the exception of sharing with British Cycling to populate the club management tool.
Personal information that is held will only be accessible to the club committee.
Members emergency contact information may be shared with all members in the future for the purpose of enabling any member to ‘raise the alarm’ in the event of an emergency incident.
Website Security
The club website Ruthin.cc is protected by an SSL certificate which is used to encrypt Internet traffic between end users and the servers used to host the website
Ecommerce
The online shop on the club website uses a payment gateway provided by Braintree Payments, a PayPal company. Credit and Debit card information entered into the online shop is transmitted to Braintree where it is stored in a tokenised form. Credit and Debit card information is not stored within the club website.
