Ruthin Cycling Club

Welcome to the Ruthin Cycle Club. A club based in the Vale of Clwyd with its heart  in Ruthin, Denbighshire, North Wales. We actively encourage cycling for all abilities, ages and gender. We embrace all forms of cycling.

We currently offer long Sunday runs in three ability levels, covering 40-60 miles with a shorter Social ride of about 20 miles, Wednesday Social rides and Thursday evening rides during the summer. We organise some longer rides in the summer and support other local cycling events.  During the winter months we offer indoor turbo sessions to the members. We meet in Ruthin at St Peter’s Square in the centre of the town, by the Clock Tower. For more details, please go the the Rides page.

Annual Dinner/Prize Giving – the club organises a dinner/prize giving for its members, held at a local restaurant or pub, usually just before Christmas.

AGM – RCC holds a meeting for all members once a year at which all club matters are discussed.  This is usually held at The Llanfwrog Community Centre,  Mwrog Street, Ruthin LL15 1LE (aka Tennis/Footgolf Centre).

We have an active Facebook Group page where members post ride reports and other topics of interest to members. Please join the group here. It is a public group so open to non-members.
