Club Christmas Dinner on Friday 30th November from 19:00 at the Cross Keys in Ruthin

Leek and potato broth with Henllan bread and homemade butter
Crayfish and Prawn salad with bitter lemon and slow cooked cherry tomatoes
Mushroom parcels, Oyster and Enokie Mushroom Fricasse in puff pastry with rocket saled
Candied Pear salted pecans, caramel and endive salad
Terrine of ham hock with homemade picallilli, croules and cucumber, finished with a mustard seed dressing

Roast Turkey breast and thigh pigs in blankets, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, and a chestnut and sausagemeat stuffing
Pheasant served as a Kiev, finished with buttered new potatoes and a mixed salad
Mediteranean Vegetable Stack Roasted Red Pepper, Aubergine and Courgette, finished with a Mozzerella and pesto cream
Fillet of Salmon cooked in a bag, served with Fennel, Shallot and white wine dressing

Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce
Sticky Toffee Pudding finished with a Butterscotch sauce
Orange Marmalade sponge Vanilla flavoured, finished with Amaretto and Carrot
Winter Berry Pavlova Chantilly cream and Meringue two ways
Welsh Cheeses Welsh Crackers, Welsh Chutney and a glass of port
